This is a love letter to my father, a possibly undiagnosed AuDHD man who I believe never bonded to substances because he was weak, but because he didn't know how to fit in in any other way. It's about loving someone who is out of reach.

This is not the blog I planned to write. It's the one that had to exist anyway, for every neurodivergent person who has ever lost a piece of themselves and quietly wondered if they were going to get it back.

A free journal designed for neurodivergent brains. No prompts that make you feel like you're doing it wrong. Just honest, gentle questions that help you start understanding the most important thing you'll ever figure out: yourself
